At 20 I thought I'd be a fashion designer so begged to do a year abroad in Aix-en-Provence France to learn the language. As I was set in an equivalent class in France (way above my language grade) I had to record & spend hours deciphering my professors words! I then fell in love with the language itself and I became a French teacher for some time. Then I fell in love with a fabulous French Master Chef we married and had 2 precious children. Following their teen years I had lots more travel time and now am loving putting my vibe onto canvases.
I have two adult children of whom I am endlessly proud and who teach me now. My husband a Franco-American Chef and works with a lovely food process called sous-vide.
Having raised 2 awesome humans, traveled in over 50 countries, felt love and pain, scuba'ed and climbed high in the mountains I now love translating moments and emotions into forever pieces of original art.
