At 20 I thought I'd be a fashion designer so begged to do a year abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France to learn French. As I was set in equivalent classes in France (way above my language grade) I had to record & spend hours deciphering my professors words! I then fell in love with the language itself and I became a French teacher for some time while drawing and painting just for me. I fell in love, we married and had 2 precious children. Following their teen years I had even more time to travel, paint and be creative. For years now I am loving putting my vision onto canvases.

I have two adult children (a data analyst and an environmental scientist) of whom I am endlessly proud and who teach me now. My husband a Franco-American Master Chef and works with a phenomenal food process called sous-vide.
Now
Having traveled in over 56 countries, felt love and pain, scuba'ed deep and climbed high in the mountains I now love translating moments and emotions into forever pieces of original art.
